These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By using this website or commissioning our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides the following manufacturing services:

• CNC milling and turning
• Mold design and manufacturing
• Rapid prototyping (3D printing, CNC prototypes)
• Sheet metal fabrication (laser cutting, bending, welding)
• Surface treatment (anodizing, plating, sandblasting, etc.)
• Quality inspection support and project documentation
• Logistics and delivery services

Specific service details are subject to the quotation and order confirmation agreed upon by both parties.

3. Quotation and Orders

3.1 Quotation

• All quotations are based on drawings, specifications and quantities you provide
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Quotations exclude shipping, taxes and duties unless otherwise noted
• We reserve the right to adjust quotations if designs or specifications change

3.2 Order Confirmation

• Orders become effective upon both parties signing the order confirmation
• Order confirmations should include product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery dates and other key information
• Verbal agreements are not legally binding; all modifications must be confirmed in writing

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Qualified Client Terms

For qualified clients, post-delivery inspection or deferred payment terms may be available subject to order history, credit review, product type and written confirmation:

• Any such arrangement applies only when confirmed in the quotation, purchase order or separate written agreement
• Inspection windows, acceptance standards and payment dates are defined per order
• Availability of these terms may vary by client, destination and product category

4.2 Standard Payment Terms

• First-time clients: 50% deposit, balance due before shipment
• Extended payment terms for established clients may be discussed and must be confirmed in writing
• We accept wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C) and other payment methods
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge

5. Delivery Terms

• Lead time starts from order confirmation and (if applicable) deposit receipt
• Typical lead times for standard projects may range from 7 to 15 business days; expedited schedules may be available for selected parts, materials and production slots
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, policy changes, pandemics, etc.) that cause delays will be promptly communicated
• Shipping method and costs are per order agreement; default is FOB Suzhou
• Risk of goods transfers to the client upon delivery to the carrier

6. Quality Assurance

• Inspection plans, documentation and acceptance criteria are reviewed case by case according to drawings and order requirements
• Quality inspection reports may be provided when specified in the quotation or order confirmation
• Dimensional tolerances are evaluated according to drawing specifications, material selection, geometry and process capability
• Surface treatment per order-agreed standards

7. Returns and After-Sales

7.1 Return Policy

• Returns due to quality issues: all costs borne by the Company
• Quality objections must be raised within 7 business days of receipt
• Returns for non-quality reasons (design changes, order cancellation) require mutual negotiation
• Custom products generally not returnable unless quality issues exist

7.2 After-Sales Service

• Technical support and product usage advice
• Rework or reproduction for quality issues
• Customer complaints responded to within 48 hours

8. Intellectual Property

• Intellectual property of client-provided designs and technical data belongs to the client
• We commit to strict confidentiality of client technical data
• Client designs shall not be used for other purposes or shared with third parties without written consent
• Intellectual property of our proprietary processes and technical solutions belongs to the Company
• Website content, trademarks and images are copyright protected

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of trade secrets, technical data and other confidential information obtained during business dealings. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 5 years after the business relationship ends. To sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please contact us.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the relevant order amount
• The Company is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits or business opportunities
• The Company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events
• The Company is not liable for issues arising from client-provided design defects

11. Website Terms of Use

• This website is for lawful business purposes only
• Scraping, copying or unauthorized use of website content is prohibited
• Users must ensure submitted information is truthful and accurate
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website services without notice
• Search advertising campaigns for this website may be managed on behalf of the Company by Yangquan Qihao Trading Co., Ltd. (阳泉奇浩商贸有限公司), which does not participate in contracting, invoicing, payment collection or order fulfillment unless separately stated in writing

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with quotations, order confirmations and confidentiality agreements (if any), constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior oral or written agreements regarding the same subject matter.
